Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Policy
Stall bookings confirmed only upon payment. 50% advance required. Advance non-refundable. Remaining 50% due at least 7 days before event. All payments are non-refundable. 18% GST applicable. For Food Stalls 100% Security Deposit to block the stall items.
2. Reporting & Setup
Reporting & setup from 6:00 AM on event day. Food stalls must complete setup one day prior.
3. Logistics & Assistance
Volunteers, handcarts, and water access for food stalls provided.
4. Requirements & Deadlines
All requirements must be finalized by 15th Dec 2025. No last-minute requests.
5. General Guidelines
- Stall owners are responsible for their merchandise and security.
- No sub-letting/sharing without approval.
- Up to 2 guests per stall; extra guests require a weekend pass.
6. Refund Policy
Permanent cancellation by organizers → 100% refund. Postponement → bookings carried forward (no refunds). Stall-owner cancellations are non-refundable.
7. Parking & Entry
Limited parking. Wristbands/entry passes will be provided.
8. Liability
Organizers provide general security; stall owners are responsible for goods and cash. Do not damage venue property.
9. Stall Selection
Food stalls: one per cuisine. Other categories: max 4. Food stalls operate on 75%-25% sharing tracked via Vendigo POS with after event settlement.
10. Force Majeure
Organizers may reschedule, postpone, or cancel due to events beyond control. No refunds under any circumstances in such cases.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes governed by Pune jurisdiction and resolved through arbitration with an arbitrator jointly appointed by both parties.
12. Menu & Product Compliance
If the items showcased during booking differ from the items brought to the venue, the management reserves the right to remove those items from the menu or restrict their sale.
